Mr. Rawani is a SEBI registered Research Analyst (part-time). Also, he is a Senior Analyst with Horizon Research, a subsidiary of Teton Advisors, Inc., with nearly 18 years of experience in the investment management industry. He leads sustainability and risk management initiatives under the firm’s Teton One Earth framework, integrating ESG principles into products, investment processes, and stewardship. He has been closely involved in the execution of multiple SPAC mergers across Italy (VALU:IM) and the United States (DFNSU and PMVC listed on the NYSE). Earlier, he held the position of Senior Manager – Research at Bajaj Capital Limited. He began his career in financial journalism, writing for Outlook Money, Financial Chronicle (Deccan Chronicle Holdings Ltd.), and The Economic Times (Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd.). Mr. Rawani holds a BSc (Hons.) in Zoology from Vinoba Bhave University, a postgraduate certificate in Management of Business Finance from the Indian Institute of Finance, and the CFA Institute’s Certificate in ESG Investing. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
