Anand Rawani provides subscription-based equity research services focused on long-term investment opportunities. By subscribing to any service, you agree to the following terms:
All Sales Are Final
- Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Payments made for any subscription or service will not be refunded under any circumstances, including unused or partially used subscription periods.
No Prorated Refunds or Adjustments
- We do not offer prorated refunds or adjustments for early cancellations, dissatisfaction with recommendations, or service changes.
Cancellation of Subscription
- Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by sending a written request via email.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all research issued during your subscription term, but no further reports will be sent.
Immediate Access
- Services and research reports are delivered immediately after subscription, which is why refunds are not possible.
